How does the Migration Process Work?

How does it work?
We configure everything in the cloud to keep your migration costs low.
The first step is always to scope what data will be required for the transfer. Old & redundant data should be excluded.
We will analyse the selected data for any potential issues, and send these back to you for review. Usually, the number of issues found is extremely small & manageable. (For example: File conflicts, file names with invalid characters).
We then copy & transfer the specified data from Google Workspace to a new or existing Microsoft 365 Tenant, keeping all existing users & mailboxes and more, ensuring this is done in a timeframe and with a final cutover date that works for you and your team. We can pre-stage the migration for days, weeks or months if necessary, running regular transfer of the data & a final ‘delta’ transfer on the cutover date.
Finally, once the transfer is complete, we’ll work with you to make sure your staff have everything they need to get started in Microsoft 365

The price per user varies depending on what you would like to migrate.
Mailbox-only migrations begin at a minimum of £12.43 (ex VAT) per-user.
Full user migrations (including Google Drive -> OneDrive) begin at a minimum of £15.54 per-user.
These costs cover the basic minimums of migrating data, but further costs will be agreed based on any extra configuration or training required.
