OPNsense has shared an update for users on versions 25.7.11 and 27.7.11_1. A modified *hostwatch* version was released to disable two excessive log messages, improving log clarity and day‑to‑day usability.

The hotfix **25.7.11_2** applies seamlessly and does **not** restart hostwatch; users can manually restart it under *Interfaces → Neighbors → Automatic* if desired.

Great news! OPNsense has just issued a hotfix release as 25.10.1_2. This update features a clean-up on the rules edit cancel button of the firewall and revamps the architecture pinning for the -X option in the firmware.
